Cookery classes available

Hi, I am a very experienced michelin trained chef now living in Playa de San Juan, Alicante. I'm 35 yrs old and have worked in numerous amazing restaurants in London. I was also the head chef of a successful cookery school.

I am available for cookery classes and private catering/BBQs/Dinners/Events at your own home and also organise classes at my apartment. I also do a popular service called fridge filling where I cook a selection of healthy (or not!) dishes at your home and condense them into smaller portions to freeze down for later use.

Get in touch if you feel like learning how to cook delicious food or would like to extend your repertoire of dishes. I can do do all types of cuisine from Mediterranean to Norwegian!

Mr husband loves to cook and has attended a few courses, do you have a cooking day/evening coming up? Or how does it work?

Hi Linda,

Thanks for your interest. I do have a cookery class coming up on the 15th June at 8.00pm. We are 5 minutes away from the beach in Playa de san Juan. The class lasts around 2.5 hours and in this class we will be cooking a modern seasonal 4 course menu. If you're interested in attending I can send you more information. Well as I can't cook I wish you were nearer with the classes as I am South of Torrevieja but need to learn to cook as getting into dinosaur years soon!!

Iceland is my friend but damn expensive in Spain!!
