Hello from Sweden - Project Director looking for a quiet stay in Alicante Central
Hello everyone,
My name is Muhammad Al-Ameen, and I am glad to join this helpful community. I am a 75-year-old Project Director currently based in Örebro, Sweden.
I am managing an international organic botanical and wellness beverage brand called ALICANTAIL, with upcoming industrial co-packing sessions scheduled in the Alicante province for the second half of June.
As I am finalizing my advanced technical folders this week, I am preparing my arrival in Alicante for a short-term professional deployment of 2 to 3 weeks. To ensure smooth daily transits, I am looking for a quiet, clean, and private accommodation (private apartment, studio, or executive room with a private bathroom).
Since I will be commuting strictly by bicycle, the local topography is my absolute priority. I am focusing my research on 100% flat and highly secure central perimeters, specifically around:
- Mercado Central / Avenida Alfonso El Sabio
- Train Station District (Ensanche / Diputación)
- Carolinas Bajas (the lower, flat section)
I want to avoid the steep hills of El Barrio or the northern heights, as well as overcrowded student flatshares. If any long-term resident, landlord, or property manager here has a reliable contract, a vacant executive studio, or a solid local recommendation that bypasses tourist traps, I would be deeply grateful for your insights.
