The problem is the so called estate are nearly all sharks they advertise these properties just to fill there websites that are ether sold rented long ago nothing to do with Brexit

Or try walking round where you want to be and contact any that are for sale chances are they have been on the market so long they will do you a rental

Thank you, what would be the monthly rate from last week in December until the last week in march, are the shops and restaurants within easy walking distance

If you contact the agent she will give the long term rental price that is within your price range. I will let her know that you will be in touch. Gran alacant shopping centre a few minutes walk with 3 supermarkets shops bars and restaurants etc
