Job vacancy: Social Media Executive in Alicante city center
The Social Media Executive is dedicated to providing world class customer service via digital channels to our millions of consumers across the UK.
An opportunity has arisen to join as the fresh Social Media Executive. The successful individual will be the voice of an OTA across various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and tripadvisor. As a result, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, social media and possess strong written English.
Responsibilities
Providing real time customer service across Facebook, Twitter, tripadvisor and multiple Review sites.
Create and Responding to comments posted on our Facebook page.
Create and Engaging social community on our Twitter page.
Identifying Our service related discussion on Facebook, Twitter, Tripadvisor and providing an appropriate response.
Monitoring and posting competitions/campaigns run on Twitter.
Approving and replying to comments left on our social channels.
Replying to reviews and comments left on our Trustpilot, Reviewcentre and blogs.
Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotions
Liaising with marketing team regarding customer communications.
Handling all customer related queries offline via email.
Please note hours for this position are 9am-6pm.
Required skills and experience
Experience within a customer service focused position.
Proven experience of using social media sites including Facebook and Twitter or Blog posts in a working environment.
Knowledge and understanding of online communities
Understanding of the OTA and tone of voice.
Fantastic consumer-oriented communication skills.
Excellent standard of written English
Great problem solving and decision making skills
