Hi All

We have a battery operated gas boiler and we have an issue with the battery. Unless we take the battery out, it drains completely which is a nuisance. Great to know of a recommendation in Alicante city to check out the gas boiler please.

Hi there, yes, we connect it up to a bottle of butane. Thanks

Then you'll need to contact your gas supplier, either Repsol or Cespa, and get them to send out an engineer to do the checks. It's a legal requirement, and if anything goes wrong, it will be the first question your insurers ask you

Hi again,

We got Cespa out, got it checked, have the certificate but said they couldn't do anything about the battery problem, not their area, and that we need a technical heating person, whatever that is. Back to the search... Reassuring to have the boiler serviced though, as came with the house we purchased, so thanks again.
