Hello Jim,

I am having an extremely difficult time in trying to download a receipt for my IBI taxes that have just come out of our Sabadell account.   The solicitor we are using has said that we need to go onto the website of our local town hall to print off a receipt to see what the castoral value is in order to pay the non resident tax at the end of the year.

We are non residents and own a property in Mar de Cristal, not far from La Manga.  And it was the E.AYTO.CARTAGENA IBI URBANA which took the IBI charge from out account.  When I go onto this website it looks to be a minefield!   Can you please advise if the below website is the correct website to be on?    Do I have to register on the website first in order to pull off a receipt?

Did anyone managed to recover Jim’s article about applying for NIE?

I deleted all but one of my guides some time ago, and have no wish for them to be resurrected again my will.

So that I can take action for breach of copyright against the forum owner, I want him to give me his name and address in the UK, so my UK solicitor can start legal action.
