Hi Alex, don’t know whether it’s coincidental or not, but I hadn’t received the daily updates for the last 2 days - but it came through fine today, at around the same time as usual

Hi Alex
In the early hours of yesterday morning I received an email with a link to a new private message. When I clicked on the link, it took me to an old message from Jan that I had already read, but the message was almost completely covered by an advert. I sent a message to Jan to update her on what had happened, but got no reply. I thought it was strange for her not to reply, and so this morning I went into my messages and there is no record of me having written it.
