It's definitely a good idea to post this news on the dog forum, if any participants of this forum have a good grasp of Spanish ( unfortunately something I don't ) then could they translate into Spanish as all the infringements I've witnessed of dog fouling is by Spanish dog owners. I'm not saying that all Spanish dog owners are irresponsible, the lovely elderly Spanish couple next to me have two rescue dogs and treat these dogs amazingly and clean up after them. It seems to be the foreigners living in Spain follow the rules but the message needs to get to the rural Spanish folks and hunters to respect the rules us foreigners adhere to, clearing up after our dogs, as well as caring for their animals, micro chipping, vaccinating, neutering etc
