Would it be possible to introduce a requirement for all job posts which have been filled, to be labelled as such and then removed by the admins? Sort of in the same way that 'sold' needs to be put in for sale posts.
It's annoying looking at advertised jobs being periodically bumped to the top of the list which were filled 2 years ago.

I totally agree, only half a dozen jobs are this year. I am applying for jobs and seeing as you say, a year or two old. Waste of time looking.
Well said, totally agree. Too many not bothering to remove old posts, and too many not looking at the date of the post before they answer. Some of these posts are 2-3 years old. There are also too many asking the same questions over and over again, instead of doing a quick search before they post.
