Hi Janice51, I am delighted to have your reply and to feel that you too appreciate the help you have received from forum. I do not know if you feel like me, whenever I thank someone for their good service and their kindness, I fill with gratitude which makes me feel very happy. Right now I am in the UK. I have a lot to do in the UK. So it seems difficult right now to move to my home in Cabo Roig. I need to sell my property in Croydon and buy another in West Sussex. After 57 years in London in various places I am petrified to leave this intriguing city and very unique. But it has changed a lot and not changes I am delighted with. Well let’s live and see if I will be able to leave a city I love so very much. Kindest regard Luna34

I was born and bred in London but then in my 20s went to work in Sardinia, Italy, and stayed for 40 years so when I came back to London permanently 5 years ago, even though I had visited family regularly over the years, it was a bit of a culture shock to the system! Hence my choice to buy a modest property in Spain. 

I, like you, am full of gratitude for the advice I have received on this forum and I admit I get very emotional when I realise that the help I have received has been so useful in my dealings with the estate agent and the lawyer. 

I too have lots to organise in the U.K., although my partner will not be giving up his flat in London, but I have to organise a small removal from London as well as bring our dog to Spain. I also need to transport a full van load of small furniture and loads of boxes from Sardinia to Spain containing a sewing machine, bed and bath linen, cutlery, crockery and everything else I need to live properly and in a dignified manner!!!

I am certain we can do it, Luna, I am getting more and more enthusiastic as the days go past. I know a million things can and will probably go wrong, but I’ll get over any obstacle, I just know it!
