Cheapest way to get to and from Alicante airport

Hi we are in the process of buying a holiday property in Almoradi which we love. The issue we are facing now is what is the best way to get to the town from the airport without hiring a car ? Is there a cheap option other than an airport taxi, does anyone offer a cheaper service from Almoradi itself ? inside help would be greatly appreciated .Cheers Graham
