Hi, is it possible to renew the pardon on line rather than going to Orihuela city.? Last time renewed 2 years ago.

Hi Sue,
As your location is showing as Almoradí, I'm not sure why you would have originally registered on the Padrón at Orihuela, rather than Almoradí - unless you've moved? You can renew a Padrón for Orihuela (or Almoradí) online, provided you have an electronic certificate and digital signature. If you haven't got a digital certificate, you can also obtain that from your Town Hall; the digital signature software can be downloaded for free from the internet - I use Firma.

Do you mean renew your existence on the local Padron (empadronamiento) system or just the piece of paper that needs to be less than 3 months old. Either way you need to visit the town hall (ayuntamiento) in Almoradi.

Hi, we need the paper updating. When we did our TIE last year , the girl we employed got it via the internet so I thought it could be done.

Hi Sue,
It can be done online, but as I said in my previous post, only if you have a digital certificate. That is how your gestor would have done it. If you don't have one, you'll have to visit your Town Hall in person for both the padrón and the digital certificate.
