Hi,

I hope everyone is well and staying safe.

Has anyone had any work done following the flood damage last year?  Our apartment needed quite a bit of work doing which was on the cards to be done when lockdown happened.

thank you

I know that many places have now been brought up to the standard that the owners required and most owners have also now received their payments from the government.   The main thing that is still in place is that masks must be worn at all times when social distancing of 1.5 metres cannot be kept, particularly when using public transport, taxis, etc. and also when entering any type of shop.   Hand sanitizer is set out in most places for the use of customers, especially in supermarkets.   Bars and restaurants have to keep social distancing as much as possible and most waiting staff wear masks permanently.   Many beaches have areas marked out for the use of individuals but some don't so you have to use your own judgement as to social distancing.   Some communal pools have re-opened with restrictions, but many have not due to the strict regulations and cost.

Keep an eye on the N332 Facebook page as they have been keeping us up to date with official regulations.
