Just picked up off the N332 Facebook page.

The Government has obtained the support of Congress to keep Spain in State of Alarm until May 9th 2021 

Instead of being renewed every two weeks, the State of Alarm will stay in place until 9th May next year. Although there is a possibility it could be lifted in March 2021. 

From November 9th, it will be the regional  governments that decide the restrictive measures for each of their autonomous communities. 

The autonomous communities will be able to decide whether to close the perimeter of their respective territories in whole or only in parts, if they declare curfews and, ultimately, if they restrict the right of mobility of their citizens.  For this, the Executive defends the need to impose the state of alarm as the "only appropriate constitutional tool."

Remember, this state of alarm is nothing like the one we had in March & April. This is not a ‘lockdown’.
