Emission certificate. Is it possible to get one from Almoradi Correos?

Do we need an emission certificate and can we obtain this fro Correos Almoradi ?
Do you mean an emission sticker for your car? You can get them from any Correos and you need your car logbook and photo ID. Cost is 5 euro. Not required at the moment but probably will be by the end of the year.
