The following is from GOV UK. It's probably been part of other posts, but I think this one is worth singling out.

Driving in the EU after Brexit: driving licence exchange

The rules for exchanging UK driving licences will change when the UK leaves the EU.

Spain:

You can exchange a valid UK driving licence without taking a test within 9 months of the date that the UK leaves the EU. After this 9 month period you will need to take a test in order to exchange your licence.

Not that this refers to when the UK has left the EU, not just if there's a no-deal Brexit.

With pedants hat on if you're taking a Spanish test then of course you're not exchanging a UK licence in which case, providing it's indate, you can keep it to drive on elsewhere.
