I've downloaded and reviewed the new agreement from:

These revised texts are:
- Intended to replace the corresponding provisions included in the last version of the Withdrawal Agreement published in OJ C144 I of 25.4.2019
This means that the new agreement is just an amendment to the original.
I've done a check and, apart from Northern Ireland, nothing else in the original Teresa May agreement has changed. That means that my comments on that agreement regarding Spain remain as I stated:
