Knitting and crocheting
Is there anyone who loves to crochet and knit in Almoradi? Thanks and have a great day!

Crafting of any sort seems to be dying out these days. My wife spends most of her free time with a crochet hook in hand, which often leads to a lot of muttering and sometimes cursing. She knits and cross-stitches as well. A lot of what she produces, like me with my scrollsawing, is given to friends because we've run out of space on both flat and vertical surfaces. One of my weekly tasks is to see what crochet and cross-stitch magazines are available for free download.
Although we don't live in Almoradí, we do regard it as our main town. A while ago, at one of the fairs on the plaza, there was a group of Spanish ladies doing crochet, knitting and lace work. Apart from the lady doing the lace, none of the other things being produced looked very inspiring, but still interesting to see. But it does prove there's an active group working with thread.
Hello Jimtaylor, thank you for your prompt reply. Those pictures are just fantastic!!!I I am crazy about handmade crafts! I know how to knit, but not crochet, and I’d like to learn crocheting. It’s a pity your wife doesn’t live in Almoradi. Thanks again and Feliz Navidad 🎄🎄🎄🎄

Hi, I don't live in Almoradi but we are here on holiday. Knitting is my hobby, I can crochet as well but not too good. I use you tube to learn from. I put into the search bar what I'm looking for and there's always a video tutorial to follow....
Hello Patri, thank you very much for your answer. I will do that, thanks again and enjoy your holiday.
Thanks
