Good morning, does anyone know the average price for getting a habitation certificate for a 2 bed apartment please? Thankyou.

If it's a new property then it should already have a Licencia de Primera Ocupación.
If not then you need a Licencia de Segunda Ocupación.
If nobody else know the answer, then I suggest you just ask the town hall.
Thanks Jim, that’s my next port of call.

Hello RayD,
Do you know who is liable to produce the Licencia de Secunda Ocupacion?
By that I mean during the purchasing process. Is it the Owner or the buyer?
Regards
Maria

Oh and if she can't help you give me a shout I have another one :) and by the way that was for registering the paper with the council roughly 160/180 for the habitation check
Thanks everyone for your advice. I went to see the solicitor who handled the original purchase and they had the certificate on file still with 7 years to run on it. So all is well now.

Thank you Ray.
I will look through the paperwork for that particular document. 🤔
