I was told by a friend that there used to be walking tours in Amoraldi.  Is this still the case please?

They certainly used to do organised walks of the rutas verdes and, I think, the occasional cultural walk around the town, but I've not heard mention of them lately. Even if they still do them, I doubt they'd do so in summer. If nobody else knows, you could ask at the TI office on the plaza.

The rutas verdes are:

Hi I am a member of the U3A Torrevieja 5 euros per year monthly meetings at the CMO building Torrevieja  last Monday in the month check it out online closed until September  There are 3, different level, walking groups around this area sometimes requiring a car journey to the start position also a variety of different activities for you to partake if you desire where the group members leader organizes their individual group meetings, 2 German members organized a week trip around the Black Forest area by coach from the CMO Torrevieja for example which was absolutely brilliant. Don't delay check it out today what have you got to lose?

Hi mike15, thanks for the info.  We have a holiday home in Montebello and come out for a week or so at a time.  Will bear the U3A in mind for walking groups.
