Where is the Altamira estate agents office?

If you mean Altamira, going by their telephone number they must be based in Madrid. Yellow pages gives no results for this area.

If you are looking for rentals  stuart at op properties he is a honest felllow  but don't forget  New  law coming in all rentals short or long now require a licence

many thanks for the info,yes we will need a place to rent for a week or so, but it looks like September, change of plan here in Wales.

we are still after the agents for the property its on Altamira site,(39000 euros bank repo) which is in madrid so jim tells me,it was with Berna diego we did view a lot to do ,but hey ho

Someone must have the keys locally as I cant see people from Madrid coming down,im trying to find out what street its on,as they may have others,its a yellow apartment block at the top end of town,overflows a kiddies play area with waste land to the left then fields with crops ,football ground,there are blue apartments on the left which are mainly expats so im told,any help appreciated

yes thats the one the yellow apartments,its on the 2nd floor you can just see it,i have just done the google sat ,yes it is that street.

if youre in town tomorrow and fancy a small walk if you can see any apartments for sale,please let me know.

I have asked Berna diego (connie) for info as someone must have the keys and is there another company selling it ,no answer although I did email her 3 days ago.strange shes pretty good or cant be bothered as its not on there books anymore.

I'll be in town tomorrow, and I'll have a choice - wander around in the heat looking for properties, or sit on my bum having a coffee and reading my Kindle while the women 'do' the market. Sorry, but I know what I'll be doing! 

Incidentally, the block is called Edificio Sol de Almoradí. Why not ask Berna Diego, and Morales, if they've got any properties in that block - you never know, they might come up with the one you're interested in.

If you looking for a cheap apartment have a look in algorfa it's a bit quieter .
