Almoradi vegamar apartments

Hi everyone,my name is karen.we have been holidaying around almoradi,heredades and formentera for many years and finally decided to try to purchase a holiday home in almoradi.we were attracted to the vegamar apartments on the road in from heredades.we liked the look of the apartments /pool/location etc.there are a few for sale including a few bank repos.while searching the internet to gain as much information as possible we came across an old post from the Euronews paper highlighting a problem with illegal letting of 30 apartments in this building and the grief it was causing the community.does any one know if this problem has been resolved or do any forum members live in the vegamar development?,any help or information would be greatly appreciated, thanks k

Hi Karen, we have an apartment in the vegamar block on calle el molino is that the one you mean?the problem with the illegal letting has been resolved. It is a nice place to stay, quiet and the pool is lovely, hope this has been of some help to you

Hi Karen,. We live permanently in the Vegamar and can honestly say it is a nice car place to live. We have the best of both worlds, right on outskirts but a quick walk into town with the motorway 2 minutes away.

Hi Kathryn, thank you so much for taking the time to reply.ive tried to step back a little ,stressing about a stupid issue with our bank(now sorted),and waiting for news from the Spanish bank agent.feels like it's taking forever!,thanks again,Karen.
