I am looking at property for sale but many of the ads state “property subject to campaign “ can anyone tell me what this means as I cannot find any information on it. TIA to anyone who can help

I've only seen it used in the context that the sales agent is running an advertising campaign, which is a bit superfluous as that's what they do anyway. Being cynical where some estate agents are concerned, perhaps they're vigorously advertising a property they're struggling to sell.

If you want any other ideas, give us some examples.

I agree with previous comments and would recommend a estate agent doing the search for you.

I used www.spanishpropertyteam.com and was very happy with their service.

Sounds anything but serious to me. Before bidding on whatever a lot of background information is necessary, and which in most cases an agent does not provide.
