We live in Daya Nueva and would like to go during the day with preferably a teacher who we can fully understand. We do speak a little Spanish. Thank you.

Hola. Take a look at Flying Fitness Horadada in Pilar de Horadada. We have classes in Ashtanga Yoga and Lite Yoga (Hatha). As well as Aerial Yoga and Fitness.

All our class are conducted in English, and at this time all of our teachers are English.
We do have many daytime classes and will be issuing a new timetable just after Christmas.
