Hi all, I have a query if I may. I’m just back from having a lovely few days in Almoradí in my apartment, but noticed some damp on one of the walls, which I thought may be as a result of the aqua room being at the back of that wall.  I enquirers with Affina and yes they agreed after investigating that there had been a leak in the aqua room and for me to contact my insurance company. Would it not be up to Affina to contact their insurance company to get it fixed up? Surely if I claim off mine it’ll bump up my premium next year?

All advice would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Sinéad

(Thanks for the referral for handy man - I have a great man sorted to fix some wardrobes for me on my next visit - all thanks to this forum - and I got an airport return driver too - wonderful forum with great information and help - thank you all) 👍

I think it may just be so insurance companies deal with each other, like in a no fault car accident, you still contact your insurer and give them the details of the other party.

Thank you Cheryl - you’re probably right there.

Regards,

Sinéad.
