There's any possibility for a 22y.o guy to work in spain without residence papers?

You can only work legally if you have a EU passport. If you’re a Brit it’s no chance I’m afraid. You would have a better/easier chance of getting an Aussie work visa.

It's highly unlikely that anyone would employ you without being a legal resident. If you were to come and work here in Spain and got caught then you and the employer would be in serious trouble.

Even if you did somehow land a job illegally working on the black after 90 days in the country you'd become an overstayer so come the time you wanted to leave (as you surely would sooner or later) you'd be fined and banned from re-entering the whole Schengen area potentially for 3 years or even longer.

BTW strictly speaking even for EU citizens working without being resident is illegal but generally nobody bothers them, as it used to be for Brits of course before Brexit put paid to it.
