Hi we are new to Almoradi have a holiday home on the outskirts, could anyone recommend places where other ex pats frequent we love our Spanish neighbours but our Spanish is a work in progress and communication is hard.

The two that spring to mind are:
Café Vienna - on Calle San Emigdio - the road leading off the plaza - stand with your back to the church and it's straight ahead of you.
El Roble - on Calle Mayor - the precinct leading off the plaza, where Druni is.
I don't frequent them myself, as I prefer the coffee at the (Spanish) El Paseo on the Druni precinct.
There's also Cafe Almoradi, further up Calle Mayor, near the health centre.
