Hi, Can anyone help, we need to go to the municipality again to change the address on our car but have not been able to do so during lock down. Do you know if it is now open. I am worried because we need to get the new SUMA for the car. When we lived in Albatera it used to go through by Direct debit but i see it has not gone through this year. I have also seen on the Albatera Suma office website that they are permanently closed. Is there anyway that we can check if we actually have a valid SUMA or not. We have not received a bill so do not have a reference number. Thanks so much Heather Stobbs

You have not received a Suma bill because the date for payment has been put back to the 15th of June with the 10th of June as the Direct Debit date due to the Coronavirus crisis.

They have now sent out bills and notifications.

At present, the easiest thing is to ring Suma to update your details and request a copy of the bill to your new address.

Longer term, set up online notifications and a direct debit.
