Does anyone know if the rubbish collection tax is taken automatically with water bill or should I be getting it separately. I have only had utilities for the last 3 years, as my apartment was empty and up for sale a few years ago. It has now been sold.

I don't actually, Ray. I live in Mudamiento area which belongs to Orihuela.
Our Hidraqua bills do include basura, but I don't know what happens in Almoradí.

In Almoradi the rubbish collection service (Basura) is shown on your water bill from Hidraqua. It is usually the last item shown on each invoice. I receive mine every 3 months via e-mail.
