Hi everyone moving to almoradi in February 23 only 2 months yippee.

We are a couple looking for a 3 bedroom longterm rental not in town centre and away from flooding area.

Part furnished as we are bringing our king size bed must be pet friendly 3 old small dogs and we are mature and landlords ourselves if anyone knows of anything message me

In any case you'd better get familiar with Spanish rental laws "Ley de arrendamiento urbanos" which differs considerably form what we are used to. Do not accept deposits of more than 2 rents, they are very rarely not to say never reimbursed.

There are not many places for rent in Almoradi and you will find that some do not want pets.

I used HOLIDAY HOMES in nearby Catral, who are OK for rentals.

Big dogs should be insured in Spain, but little ones are probably OK. Any treatment is expensive so people take insurance against that.

The 2019 September flood was a rarity where a river burst its banks. As most properties are apartments, anything above ground floor should be safe, should it ever happen again.
