Hello all, hopefully you an help me. I received an email before Christmas Re an aqua bill to be paid by Jan 16th, 2018. It’s not a previously unpaid bill but an estimated one I gather. I’m having awful trouble trying to pay it as they won’t answer the phone and on the contact form they won’t accept what seems like ANY telephone number. I’m trying to register for the online payment but never seem to accept my password!!! Going crazy with them grrrrr!

All help, advice and information would be VERY welcome..

Thanks in a advance,

Sinead.

Are you with Hidraqua? If so, have you tried paying online:

Hi Jim, thank you so much for your reply. When I go into La Caixa and put in my username, password etc it then all comes up in Spanish - and there’s only so much google translate one can do.

Yes it would be great just to pay HIDRAQUA through the bank but can’t gamble with the Spanish lingo. There’s surely a way of reading it in English?

I’ll gladly accept more help on this topic please Jim.

With kindest regards,

Sinead.

I'd need to see the bill to try and work out payment, so I've sent you a PM with my email address.
