Hi, thank you for letting me join your forum. I am hoping to buy a property around the Daya Nueva area. Could you tell me if there is flooding around that area. It is a ground floor apartment. Thank you 😁👍

I don't live there and I didn't venture down there after the September floods and I have no idea if the apartment you are interested in is maybe in a higher area than the surroundings but it is definitely something to consider.

When trying to get back home on the day - which I failed to do - I had to detour through Daya Nueva, as that was the only road that was passable.
