I have a wonderful new paraffin heater, totally unlike the smelly ones that we had as kids. Almost out of parrafin but discovered that it can be ordered from LeRoy Merlin by calling them (details on their website). Took the opportunity to order an outside wardrobe too to give me something to do. So, whatever they stock, they can deliver. Very handy
Sounds good, how much was the delivery charge.

Hi Graham, I have been looking at their website for paint. Do they speak English on the phone please? Their delivery charges have always been high, but it might be worth it if I buy enough.

I phoned yesterday and was cut off a couple of times so spoke to various people. I automatically speak Spanish with such companies, however the only male that I spoke to did speak English but he was a dickhead. He told me that paraffin was too dangerous to deliver but it arrived today no problem as the lady that finally took my order, Pilar, was exceptional. Before ordering it is best to get the product reference number from their website to ensure that no mistakes are made. Good luck

Impossible for me to answer this, but the driver did say that he was busy. Why not call them and ask for an English speaker?
