Rental required Feb-Apr

Hi, I'm hoping to rent a property from end of Jan to Apr 7th approx depending on ferries available, in or near Altea. I am a retired lady with a dog, a quiet well behaved collie/whippet cross. She always sleeps in her bed NOT on the furniture. I require a 1/2 bed ground floor or town house with English TV, wifi, washing machine and some heating for the first month. I like to be near neighbours where there's plenty going on and I will have my own car. My budget is 600 pounds maximum per month.
