Hi, My partner and I are not yet residents, we come from Rep. Of Ireland and will be starting this process soon. We are house owners. My partner works for an airline based in Alicante so is hoping he will receive his vaccination at some point as he is a crew member. I however only have an Nie no and EHIC card. Is it possible to gain a temporary sip card to have a vaccination done here without residency? We are both 58. Thanks in advance

Hi, all you need to do is report to the health centre (Centre de salut d'Altea) and present your I.D, Padron and EHIC and explain your situation and they will arrange for a temporary SIP so that you can be vaccinated. According to their programme of vaccination your age group should be started in May.

hi from what i have been told its possible the health center may not begiving out temporary sip cards out with the UK LEAVEING THE EU

wether thats true or not

I have spoken to our health centre and they have confirmed that UK residents will be able to obtain a temporary SIP card for the vaccination. All you need to do is show your ID and padron to the health centre and they will provide you with a temporary SIP card. They have advised that this should be done as soon as possible as they will be starting the next group of 70's to 79 years old very soon.

Hi come to England and have your vaccine, england is a open country to our Irish cousins , play the system, sooner we all have the vaccine the better.
