Are there any facebook groups or meet up groups in the area for families with school age kids?

Im wondering if there are any groups on Facebook or alike for Altea, I cant find any.....

In Valencia city there is many... for mums with kids, single mums with kids, for working mums for everything...

I cant find any for Altea area?

There is a good waterpark and an impressive zoo, called Aqualandia and Mundomar in Benidorm. The latter is a good day out, with dolphin shows, performing parrots and opportunities to pet sealions.

Other enjoyable day trips which should keep kids amused and happy are the Fonts d’Algar – beautiful natural waterfalls and pools where you can swim (and get great photos) it says it's 25 min - 28 mins drive from Altea

The medieval mountain-top town of Guadalest a 36 min drive from Altea

or

The chocolate factory in Vila Joiosa a 28 min drive from Altea

or

What about shopping and lunch trip to Alicante itself. a 45 min drive from Altea

If you do not want to be driving all the time why not try public transport such as Train, Bus ot Taxi (not sure what the taxi fare would be) https://www.rome2rio.com/s/Alicante/Altea

If you need more places for children just google What is there for children to do in Altea Spain if looking at other area's just delete Altea and put in name of the area you wish to visit e.g town, city.
