Job vacancy: Personal assistant / Secretary
In Mai 2021 we are opening a branch in Spain and we need all the help we can get to set-up shop. We are looking for a dynamic, flexible and representative personal assistant / secretary who knows his / her way in the Altea area in real estate. After a successful first three months we can discuss a long-term cooperation. For those of you who followed the series “Suits” on tv, we are looking for our “Donna” :-)
Personal Assistant Requirements
·Languageskills: Spanish and English
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
·The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
·Tact and diplomacy
·Communication skills and knowledge of social media
·IT proficiency, including word processing and diary management
·Develop a thick skin. Take criticism lightly and always try to remain positive
·Know your industry. It helps if you know the industry you're working in inside out
·Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
·Flexibility and adaptability
·A full, clean driving license
We prefer an experienced PA / Secretary but if you are looking for a job-change and can cope with the above requirements you are also welcome for an introduction. It's not only about what you have done in the past, it's about what you can do in the future.
