Hi we would like to rent a property in altea it needs to have two bedrooms....wifi (internet)..tv(english if pos) fire/woodburning stove or heating ,. Would prefer a town house but will consider anything
I am looking to rent a property in or near Altea from approximately 27th Jan - 7th April depending on the ferry crossing.
I am a retired lady with a quiet well behaved dog. She is a collie/whippet cross that sleeps in her own bed NOT on the furniture.
I require a 1/2 bed preferably ground floor or town house with neighbours and plenty going on. I shall have my car.
I would need English TV and some heating for the first month and my budget is up to 600 pounds per month.

We are doing the same but not got dates yet....
All i can suggest is contacting people direct rather than going through agencies although we made our initial enquiry through the sites .....read all the extras that may be included ..we do our own cleaning at end but up to individual.....there are free car parks in altea.

Thank you Benitia, yes am hoping to avoid agencies as they were useless last year. I managed to find somewhere via Owners Direct that's why I thought I'd give this forum a go. All the best,

We looked last year and did enquiries via home and away etc then rented directly from person them selves..best to ask question once owner contacts you..avoiding extra charges!!
