Looking to purchase a car

We are in the process of buying a holiday home in Altea. We need to buy a car and keep it at Alicante airport. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy car dealer.

In Spain better do not trust any one nor anything. Do not pay anything upfront for wahtever it might be - that money is gone. Car dealers rip you off and loose any interest if you want to pay cash down and do the paperwork not using their "gestoria". Good luck.

They were very good and extremely helpful, their cars are in very good condition and like all dealers they take care of all the paperwork. The only drawback is that they do not speak much English, although with the little understanding of Spanish we had at the time, we got by.

We've had good experience recently with this dealer in Villajoyosa.

Not a huge choice but quite a wide range of prices and types of vehicle and everything was included in the price. . In our case had exactly what we were looking for and we're using their long term storage in preference to an airport car park. Probably 30 - 50% more than the same vehicle would be in the UK, but that seems to be normal in Spain.

I use FWR Eurocars near Alicante airport. Frank the owner is a genuine good guy. Warranties with all cars.
I just bought using Eurocars near La Nucia. The guy there Xavier was brilliant and he specialises in Automatics for ex pats. His after service was also great. He is Belgian and is completely fluent in English
