Do not know of anywhere in PF but there are a couple in Los Dolses and CC Rioja.
In Los Dolses there is Ropa cycling its couple of doors down from the English butcher on the ground floor. L 💗Vello is in CC Rioja on the ground floor a few doors along from Quisine.

There is a bike shop called I Love Bikes that sells and hires out bikes in PF. It’s on a road that runs parallel to the N332 just before La Zenia roundabout. Not sure how you get to it via vehicle as there’s some sort of one way system, but if you park up somewhere and walk down the steep hill and up the other side you will find it no problem
