You Probably noticed that Rojales and other municipalities have changed all the old inadequate bin containers to a more robust and bigger ones.thid change took place about a year ago.
However,have you also noticed that bin collections has now changed from every day to every other day or in our location at Publo bravo the bins are being emptied now every 3 days,sometimes every 2 days which leaves the bins full to the top and more domestic rubbish bags are dropped around the bin for Rats to chew them and not only creat a health hazzard it's leaves a terrible mess.
When the bin men finally turn up they only see to the rubbish in the container and than the collect the domestic rubbish bags and throw them back inside the container which leaves not much room again for the domestic rubbish and so on and on....
Don't they understand that we are in a Pandemic year and hygiene regulations should be paramount and yet again no one give a toss.
