Carefully read the quite extensive smallprint which specifies very accurately what is covered and what is excluded. Some insurers include nasty footstraps like cesae of cover if home is uninhabited for more than 4 conswecutive days or require a second lo9ch installed in the main entrance door - be extremely suspicious.

We're with Liberty Seguros, via Jennifer Cunningham Insurance Agency.  We've been with them for 7 years, never been able to find a better quote at each renewal.  We've had to make a couple of claims for broken water pipes - the response has been excellent (same day) and we've had no problems with cost of repairs being covered.

Kind regards,

Kim

Simon

Is there a reason for you gaining a new quote and not staying with Sabadell, as I have just requested a quote from them. Have you had any concerns with them or are they too high in pricae

thanks

Jane
