Hi Everyone,

We are Ian and Louise from Buckinghamshire UK,  and we have just purchased our holiday home in Villamartin. We are looking to rent it out when we are not using it so could anyone recommend any companies for cleaning services, laundry services, key holdings, check in and out services etc. Also any reliable local trades in case we need any work doing/ general maintenance carrying out. I am an Electrician so would need plumbers, tilers, carpenters general builders.

Many thanks

Ian and Louise

Hello

To enable you to rent your property, you must first get a Compatibilty form  from the Ayuntamiento.

If you are successful you must then  apply for a Tourist Licence.

Hello Elinspain,

Thanks for the response. We are currently in the process of going through our Lawyers for our tourist license.

Many thanks

Hi Colin,

Thanks for the message. I have looked on your facebook page and all looks good, good reviews, happy customers which is what you want. I have saved your details and will be calling you when I have plumbing jobs to be done.

Many thanks

Ian

I hope your solicitors have given you realistic time scales. The process is so slow and far behind that a lot of places won’t even take on new clients to apply at the moment. We’ve been waiting nearly a year and still not passed through local town hall 😭

We are in Pau 8 and use D C Property Management. Good for organising trades as well as full rental management. www.dream-cleanz.com
