I apologise if this post recently discussed but my wife 3 weeks ago travelled to UK and had no issues on return as dissembarked plane walked straight out of terminal after passport control  but i just arrived back in Spain yesterday, i traveled week last Tuesday with Ryanair to UK and it was not mandatory to wear a mask but on my return yesterday it had changed, it is mandatory to wear a mask on ALL flights to Spain throughout the flight unless of course eating/drinking , upon arrival after passport control in the baggage collection zone there are multiple desks were EVERYBODY has to provide there Covid vaccination certificate ect ,i think there was a area for those that didnt have there certificate you get a test done but would not think will be free , so if you have family/freinds arriving soon then best to pre-warn them to be fully documented ect

Spain requires masks on public transport. Flights TO Spain are classed as public transport.

FWIW, I have traveled to Spain with several different airlines recently. The policy is not universally applied.

You can still be asked to show a valid Covid vaccination certificate on entry. It takes just a few seconds to have it scanned. Selection for scanning seems to be random.

I have not noticed a testing station (at Alicante) for anyone arriving without a valid certificate.

No i am sorry but its not random every, person that was going through,  several spanish airport staff shouting to all have covid certificate ready , i  was there yesterday so if anyone else arrived yesterday or today please either confirm or deny i am wrong , kelvin was correct as per few weeks ago that entry was much more easy and was randon checks but certainly yesterday is a different scenario

I arrived into Alicante airport on Saturday on a Ryanair flight from Edinburgh. No masks worn on the flight and I never saw anyone asked to show vaccination status. We were waved straight through.

My wife arrived today at Alicante from Luton with Easyjet. Masks are compulsory on the flight, no delays regarding covid although they were stopping random passengers.

Just one point, her vaccine cert is out of date and her recovery cert but she did have a negative test yesterday and that allowed her to get a QR code
