"What is the best and also least expensive." - dont often go together.

Many areas of Oliva are on fibre (fast reliable, but can be expensive) - Movistar, Orange etc...

Some are on cable (ono)

Otherwise you will be looking at one of the local "wireless" (so called wifi) providers...saforwifi, tns, telsinet for example, which tend to be cheaper than the other options, but reliability can vary.

I use TNS and I too don't live there full time so I can let them know when I'll be there and they switch it on when I'm going to arrive and switch it off when I leave so I'm not paying for a service I wont use.  always found them very helpful - https://www.tnsgrupo.es/index.html

I've been using TNS for over a  year. I share the 300Mb connection with my landlord, who lives directly opposite, via an ethernet cable thrown over the street. Never had a loss of connection or drop in speed in that time. 300Mb is €26 pm. I believe they also offer a slower connection of about 30Mb for €19, but I personally think that 10x faster for another €7 is a no brainer bargain, as I download lots of large files
