Hi all just a random question my Amazon delivery was “Delivered” to me but I never received it, just wondered if anyone received it by mistake?

Happened to me as well, it was signed for too!
Informed Amazon immediately and they refunded promptly.

Money back it’s all in Spanish and I haven’t learnt enough yet. Gutted hope someone has dropped it off in the meantime 🙏

Which courier service did they use, as all except for their own delivery vans require a signature and an NIE Number. Unless it’s something small that can be delivered through a letterbox.
Check you haven’t asked to be delivered to a drop off point. Once it’s at the drop off place it is shown as delivered on your account.
You should also be able to find out the time it’s delivered as you normally get an email within seconds of delivery.
To contact Amazon use the automatic translate on your your browser, then everything will come up in English.
There is also a section when you contact them to say you prefer a response in English.

Use a collection point, no possible arguments then.
No need to wait at home either.

As has been said there is an option to get help in English on the Amazon.es website.
They phoned me straight away.

Welcome to the club.. This is standard practice for many couriers. They can't be bothered to deliver and sign it themselves. As I live out of town this happens more often than not. I have now started using a drop off point in town. So far so good.
As you don't know which courier has been used you can't go and bend someone's ear.

Just copy and paste the Spanish text into Google Translate, i use it daily!

That happened me on 2 occasions. Then I was asked if I was satisfied with my purchase. I answered I didn't get it and heard no more. I don't trust Amazon at all.
