We have sold our apartment and are returning to uk. How do we pay the suma and non residents tax which would normally be paid later in the year? Is it possible to pay these now or do we have to wait until their due dates? TIA

The easiest thing to do with Suma is to register for online access and notification. That way you'll know when the bill comes out and can pay it from the UK.

If you've not yet paid non-resident tax for 2019, you can do that now.

The payment period for 2020 doesn't start until next January 1st next year, so you'll have to leave that in abeyance for now.
