see above.i was just wondering what is the procedure/action to replace the sand on the beach and how long does it normally take to do this.everybody here was so proud of our beautifull beach.and this storm has really downgraded it.thanks desmond.

We've had this happen a couple of times here in Benidorm, since I've lived here we've had a couple of really bad storms that wash away part of the beach.  It's usually replaced and everything repaired within days. I shouldn't think it will take long.

Yes, as Steve has said, the beaches are repaired as soon as possible.As soon as the bad weather is over, the tractors are their working their magic. Guardamar are usually out as first light the next day.
