Hi everyone
My husband and I have recently moved into Aspe
We are hearing fireworks, exploding noises, banging sounds nearly every morning around 06.30 this is in the distance and doesn’t bother us . But we are very curious to understand what it could be?
Can any one shed some light please ?

It's still fiesta season so communities all over the area will be going at it all night long.
Add to that random letting off of fireworks and hunters out shooting and you'll realise that rural Spain is not as quiet a place as you might imagine!

In addition to the Fiestas, plus the Spanish celebrating everything!... It may also be the farmers setting off the fireworks to scare the birds off their land.

& enjoy! Yipee! If I'm right...... (Family in Aspe) 5th August....no? Then all over 14th -15th (mid-night).!!! Villas.
thank you everyone for your replies, the noise doesn't bother us we just were thinking we may be missing out on something exciting - do you need tickets for attendance to fiestas ? Is there a diary or calendar of events in the region somewhere ?
