Hi can anyone offer any advice on how I find out who owns a piece of land next door to the house we own? I've contacted the Town Hall, no reply. Contacted our old solicitor, no reply. Contacted the Estate Agent we bought the house from, no reply. We don't know any of the neightbours plus we are back in the UK now. Thanks

It's easy to find is out online. In any case there is a "Punto de Informacion Catastral" in the Council Bulding's ground floor in Aspe where you can get the "identificacion catastral" a chain of some 20 letters and numbers. This ID is sufficient to find out at the Council's Dept. "Tributos" who is the owner and pays the ground tax. Good luck.
